Yevro Polycarbonate supplies European-made polycarbonate sheets and accessories for professional and wholesale buyers in Canada, including Full Container Loads (FCL). Delivery responsibilities are confirmed in your quotation and commercial documents (including FCA / DAP / DDP where applicable).
Because our products ship in bulk and international freight is complex, we handle order issues through an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process rather than retail-style returns. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
In general, no. Our orders are placed for professional use and are often allocated/packed specifically for your shipment. We do not accept returns due to project changes, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the product.
Please inspect immediately (before storing or moving product around if possible). If there’s visible damage or shortage, note it on the carrier paperwork (when applicable) before signing and contact us right away.
